Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking a session: All sessions are prepaid and final. No refunds will be issued once your session is booked. You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes for a live session may result in a cancellation without refund. A limited opportunity to reschedule may be offered at our discretion. Pre-recorded readings will be delivered via email within 3–5 business days of booking. This timeframe begins the next business day. During high-volume periods, delivery times may be slightly extended, but we will remain in open communication throughout the process. For love-focused readings, please include your zodiac sign and, if applicable, your person of interest’s sign, along with any context or details you wish to share to help us tune into the energy. Emergency readings are prioritized and will be delivered within 24–48 hours of booking.
